Privacy & Cookie Notice

This notice explains how the current static website demo handles information and cookies.

At a glance

This demo has no inquiry database, advertising trackers, or analytics tools. The site code does not set cookies.

Information entered in the inquiry form

The inquiry form asks for a name, email address, preferred contact method, and a preferred consultation date and time. It does not ask for symptoms, diagnoses, treatment history, or other clinical details.

The website does not submit or store these details. Selecting Continue in email prepares a draft in the visitor's own email application. Nothing is sent until the visitor reviews and sends that email.

After an email is sent, it is handled by the sender's and recipient's email providers under their own privacy practices.

Cookies

This static demo does not currently use cookies, browser storage, analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. Because no optional cookies are used, the demo does not display a cookie consent banner.

If analytics, embedded scheduling, advertising, or other cookie-setting services are added later, this notice and the site's consent controls must be reviewed before launch.

Hosting and technical information

When the site is published, its hosting provider may process standard technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website. Final hosting provider and retention details: [TO CONFIRM]
